2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. No questions asked.

2.2 Access Until End of Period: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features during this time.

2.3 No Automatic Renewal: Once canceled, your subscription will not automatically renew, and you will not be charged again.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 First Payment Refund (30 Days)

If you are not satisfied with WineCrafter AI, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription payment. This gives you a full month to try all features risk-free.

3.2 Subsequent Payments

For subsequent monthly payments after your first month, refunds are not typically provided. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

3.3 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your reason for requesting a refund
  3. Provide any relevant details about your experience

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.

5.3 Payment Provider Timeline: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Subscription was canceled after the 30-day refund period for first payment
  • Account was suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • User error or misunderstanding of service features (we're happy to provide support instead)
  • Change of mind after the refund eligibility period
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

7. Duplicate Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund for any duplicate charges within 3-5 business days.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.

9. Service Changes

If we make significant changes to our service that materially reduce functionality, existing subscribers will be notified and may be eligible for a prorated refund if they wish to cancel within 14 days of the change notification.

10. Data After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for easy reactivation. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless required for legal purposes. Please export any important data before this period ends.

11. Reactivation After Refund

If you receive a refund for your first month and wish to resubscribe later, you will be charged the current subscription rate and will not be eligible for another first-month refund.

12. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect refund eligibility for payments made before the policy change. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
